Spring breeze ten miles, women's compatriots walk together ---- HSBC's March 8th Women's Day trip to Maling Tianguan

In the vibrant month of March, as spring unfolds with its promise of renewal, we celebrate International Women's Day, a day filled with warmth and respect. At HSBC, we have a remarkable group of women who excel in multiple roles – daughters, wives, mothers – and in the workplace, they are pillars of our business, leaders of innovation, and dedicated individuals in their respective positions. They embody the spirit of 'women holding up half the sky,' balancing family and career, and writing their own success stories with wisdom and hard work.

To celebrate this special day, the HSBC union organized a day trip to Maling Tianguan for all female employees. In the morning, sunlight gently pierced the mist, illuminating the company entrance. The female employees, dressed in their spring attire, gathered before the bus with smiles and anticipation. As the bus started, laughter and cheerful conversation filled the air, as everyone excitedly shared their hopes for the trip and reminisced about past adventures. The atmosphere was warm and lively.

The scenery along the way was like a moving painting. Rolling green mountains resembled a flowing green silk, while colorful wildflowers dotted the fields, exuding a delicate fragrance and whispering tales of spring. The hour-long journey passed quickly, and we arrived at the picturesque Maling Tianguan.

The view at Maling Tianguan was breathtaking. Misty mountains rose in layers, creating a scene that felt otherworldly. A winding path clung to the cliffs, lined with lush trees and blooming wildflowers. The chirping of birds added to the serene atmosphere. The female employees strolled along the path, admiring the wonders of nature, chatting, taking photos, and enjoying the rare tranquility and beauty.

The ride up the mountain on the 'magic carpet' was fun and easy. Halfway up, a quaint viewing platform came into view. Standing on the platform, with a gentle breeze caressing our faces, we gazed at the endless mountains and mist, a breathtaking ink painting. The women took out their phones to capture the stunning scenery, taking photos together to preserve these precious moments.

Continuing our journey, we reached the thrilling glass walkway. Despite some apprehension, the women bravely stepped onto the walkway, challenging themselves with confident smiles. Next, we arrived at the magnificent 'Buddha Hand Bridge,' a 23-meter-high golden bridge perched atop a mountain approximately 1000 meters high, supported by giant Buddha hands – a truly awe-inspiring sight. Further on, we reached the highest peak, Wanfu Peak, offering panoramic views, including the Longlin Waterfall. We made wishes and expressed our hopes for the future.

Our final stop was the 'Sky Mirror,' a photographer's paradise. Standing there, it felt like being in the clouds, with the blue sky and white clouds reflected below, a breathtakingly beautiful scene. The suspended staircase added a thrilling element, and every photo taken by the women was stunning, a truly rewarding experience.

The scenic area utilizes its natural resources, including unique rock formations, and features various exciting activities, creating an adventurous atmosphere. On our descent, we experienced four-season dry sliding, high-altitude zip lines, high-altitude cycling, and cliff glass drifting, feeling the thrill of speed and excitement.

Before we knew it, we were back at the foot of the mountain. With wonderful memories, we began our journey home. This International Women's Day event not only allowed the women to connect with nature and relax amidst their busy schedules but also strengthened team cohesion. We believe that in the days to come, the women of the company will approach their work and lives with even greater enthusiasm and a positive attitude, shining even brighter.
