Focusing on the overall development, drawing a blueprint for progress together 
The meeting listened to and deliberated on the work report delivered by Chairman and General Manager Ni Lie, entitled "Forging Ahead Steadily, Leading with Excellence to Promote Development, and Welcoming the Company's 55th Anniversary with Outstanding Performance." Representatives unanimously agreed that the report is based on the company's actual situation, with clear work objectives and challenges, and has a strong driving force for the company's development. The congress unanimously passed the report.

Consolidate the strength of employees and jointly build a harmonious enterprise
Trade union chairman Lin Weiguo delivered a work report on behalf of the trade union committee, comprehensively reviewing the achievements made by the trade union in serving the company's development, protecting the rights and interests of employees, and enriching cultural construction. In the past year, the trade union has taken "double service" as its main line, innovated its functions to carry out its work, and played an important role in promoting the company's development and corporate culture construction.
