On February 25th, the launch meeting for the HSBC and Yonyou YonSuite project was successfully held! Mr. Ni Lie, Chairman of our company, Ms. Chen Weili, Chief Financial Officer, and key project members from both sides, including Mr. Yan Jigang, General Manager of Yonyou Network Zhejiang YonSuite Business Department, Mr. Ling Jiansheng, Project Director, and Mr. Yu Zhenyang, Account Manager, attended the launch meeting.

In this project, we have chosen Yonyou YonSuite to build a unified and highly integrated information application platform. Leveraging its powerful AI+ platform capabilities, we aim to standardize data application, standardize business processes, and integrate finance and business operations. This will improve the company's overall work efficiency and management level, truly achieving business agility, lean management, and global operations.

At the meeting, the project leaders from both sides reported on the project implementation plan and construction, and the leaders from both sides delivered speeches on the project's construction and vision.

In his address, Mr. Ni Lie, Chairman of the Board, emphasized the importance of ERP system construction, pointing out that Yonyou YonSuite is a core tool for enterprise digital transformation, playing a key role in improving management efficiency, optimizing resource allocation, and enhancing market competitiveness. To ensure the effective implementation of this project, Chairman Ni decided to include the learning and application of this system in the daily performance appraisal system, requiring all employees to be proficient in its operation. He particularly stressed that the success of the ERP project is directly related to the future development of the enterprise, requiring all department heads to take the lead in implementation and all employees to actively participate, promoting the work with a high sense of responsibility and urgency.

Ms. Chen Weili, Chief Financial Officer, emphasized the company's high attention to the current project and the importance of implementing the ERP system in enhancing the company's core competitiveness and management efficiency. She pointed out that the introduction of YonSuite aims to implement management standards, enhance decision-making capabilities, and optimize business processes, helping the company achieve industry benchmarks. She also stressed the importance of employee training and adaptation to the new system, urging employees to abandon the idea of simply replicating old models and to be fully prepared to learn and use the new system. Finally, she expressed confidence in the success of this project and looked forward to the company achieving high-quality development and a significant improvement in core competitiveness in the future.

Mr. Yan Jigang, General Manager of Yonyou Network Zhejiang YonSuite Business Department, first thanked the HSBC team for their trust in Yonyou. He stated that Yonyou has been a leader in enterprise services for 37 years, adhering to high standards and strict requirements for digital transformation, and believes that this cooperation will contribute to HSBC's high-quality development. Mr. Yan called on both teams to maintain a unified goal and work together to ensure the efficient progress of the project. Finally, he hoped that future cooperation between the two parties could reach the group, industry, and social levels, and that Yonyou would invest sample-level and strategic resources into this project.

Mr. Ling Jiansheng, Project Director of Yonyou Network Zhejiang YonSuite, emphasized the key elements in the implementation of ERP, including detailed planning before implementation, sufficient preparation, and close cooperation among teams. He pointed out that each company has its own unique characteristics, so it is necessary to thoroughly understand the company's current situation to ensure that the system meets management needs, which requires the support and cooperation of both teams. In terms of implementation strategy, Mr. Ling emphasized the importance of network environment, terminal equipment, risk control, and training, and also detailed how each stage from project planning to launch needs strict confirmation to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
