Forge ahead and forge brilliance together ——HSBC 2024 First Half Annual Summary Meeting

On the afternoon of July 27th, HSBC held a summary meeting for the first half of 2024 in the conference room on the fifth floor of Silicon Fiber. The conference was presided over by Chen Suhong, a member of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Bureau.
General Manager Ni Lie of the company presents the work report for the first half of 2024. Mr. Ni comprehensively and deeply reviewed the operational status of the company's production and operation in the first half of the year. In the past six months, we have encountered numerous challenges, but HSBC people have achieved key breakthroughs with unwavering perseverance. During the shutdown phase of the fermentation workshop, warehouse inventory still effectively ensured market shipment volume. After the comprehensive resumption of production in June, the overall progress of production was smooth, energy consumption indicators were normal, and equipment renovation and upgrading effectively improved the production level. The market sales have achieved remarkable results, with a 24% increase in market sales compared to the same period last year. However, we cannot be satisfied with the current situation and still need to ensure high output and overall efficiency, with the sales volume in 2022 as our goal. The follow-up work must closely focus on the annual goals, actively explore the market, and strengthen internal management. Strengthen production processes and improve output efficiency; Promote energy conservation and consumption reduction, lower production costs, and fully enhance the operational efficiency of enterprises. In the future, we will bravely move towards the direction of informatization, intelligence, and refined management in production, continuously deepen 6S management, and continuously improve employee literacy and on-site management level.
Mr. Ni emphasized that in the current fiercely competitive and variable market environment, we must have an unwavering sense of responsibility, be brave enough to take on important tasks, and face various challenges and difficulties in our work. At the same time, the importance of continuous learning cannot be ignored, and one should have strong learning abilities and a proactive spirit. Only by organically combining responsibility and continuous learning can we handle complex and changing situations with ease, better fulfill our responsibilities, and contribute greater strength to the development of the company.
At the meeting, the semi annual assessment awards of each department were honored, and the Vice Presidents of Production and Marketing made brief speeches respectively.
