This year marks the 103rd anniversary of the founding of the CPC and the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China. On the occasion of the "July 1st", the Party Committee of Tonglu HSBC Biotechnology Co., Ltd. held a celebration of the 103rd anniversary of the founding of the Party and a party member commendation conference on the 5th floor of silicon fiber, aiming to carry forward the great spirit of party building, pool the strength of hard work, and encourage people to move forward bravely and work hard.
Ni Lie, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of the company, delivered a work report titled "Guided by the Party Spirit, Strengthening the Construction of Enterprise Party Organizations, and Enhancing the Core Competitiveness of Enterprises" on behalf of the Party Committee. The report comprehensively reviewed and summarized the achievements and shortcomings of the company's Party building work in the previous year, deeply analyzed the new situations and tasks faced by Party building work, emphasized the need to keep pace with the times, continuously change organizational management, innovate business models and market research and development, strengthen the work style of Party members and cadres, enhance leadership, enhance sense of responsibility, improve execution ability, further strengthen confidence and determination, anchor goals and forge ahead, promote new achievements in various work, and reach new heights.
Zhang Shangchun, member of the company's party committee and vice president of production, read out the "Decision on Commending Various Advanced Parties in 2023", commending the "Advanced Party Branch" of the market branch, eight "active party members" including Lin Weiguo, Zhu Tao, Qian Zhong, and three "excellent correspondents" including Zhu Qinfang, Yin Hongfu, and Lei Yufeng. Zhang Guanglai and Zhu Qinfang respectively delivered speeches on behalf of advanced branches, active party members, and outstanding correspondents.
Chen Suhong, a member of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Bureau, conducted a special study on Party discipline. We reviewed the key points of the three revisions to the Party Discipline Regulations since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China with party members and cadres, and studied the disciplinary party lesson entitled "Correcting Thoughts and Actions with Party Rules and Discipline" to strengthen Party discipline education. Emphasis should be placed on transforming learning outcomes into a strong sense of practical work and implementation, correctly understanding the relationship between compliance with rules and regulations and taking responsibility, and transforming the discipline consciousness and work enthusiasm stimulated by party discipline learning and education into a powerful driving force for promoting high-quality development, striving to write a new chapter in the development of Huifeng.
